Luckily, that wait won't be long. In the classroom , you can sample e chocolate made on the premises. Then apply your newly acquired dipping, glazing, and molding techniques to make your own confections with Graycliff chocolate and a variety of fresh and unexpected ingredients, which can include anything from in-season Bahamian mangoes, limes, sea grapes, and genips to tomato-basil and bacon.
