About This Nassau Tour
As one of the first five-star restaurants in the Caribbean, Graycliff has earned an international reputation for its creative Bahamian cuisine. Now you can learn from the best at its Culinary Academy. Whether you're an aspiring chef, self-proclaimed foodie, or a complete rookie in the kitchen, you'll amp up your skills in this hands-on lesson. A limited class size is key to stirring up the fun and interaction.
Bahamian. Italian. French. Asian. You'll go on a culinary journey to explore one of these regional cuisines under the expert guidance of Graycliff's talented chefs where the magic happens, right in the restaurant's kitchen. So roll up your sleeves and get ready to prepare one of the house specialties. Whether you prepare lobster in puff pastry, Bahamian conch chowder, crispy duck with Bahamian citrus sauce or another mouthwatering dish, it's sure to be impressive.
Next, take a seat in the restaurant for a one-of-a-kind dining experience. You'll dig into the culinary creations you made, get even more "dish" from Graycliff's chef and sommelier, and toast your extraordinary accomplishment. In addition to a full belly, you'll receive a Culinary Academy certificate. Plus, you'll take home copies of the recipes you made and an apron so you can continue to turn up the heat on your cooking abilities when you return home.
Graycliff's wine cellar is impressive, and not just because of its size. Sure, its 250,000+ bottles make it the third largest on the planet, but we're talking mega-valuable contents. While an 1875 Chateau Y'quem will set you back $19,500, the 1727 Rudesheimer Apostelwein Rheingau, the oldest wine in the world, will lighten your wallet by $200,000.
