About this King's Wharf tour
Climb aboard a boat so beloved that she boasts her own social-media pages and a global, hundreds-strong following of rogues posting shanties about her maritime charms, dashing captain, and friendly crew. With lyrics like "so much fun, it should be illegal." In a place where pirates once plied their trade, the Rising Son II is unapologetically devoted to hedonistic pleasures.
Once she hoists her sails, your guides show you a real bucc-fest, the likes of which you'll never forget. Be regaled with riotous tales of Bermuda. Soak up rays on a huge bow trampoline, or cool out in the shaded cockpit. Drink in the sweeping views of steep cliffs, pastel-painted homes, and fellow-mellow vessels dotting the waterscape.
Mother Nature determines the course you chart: to Deep Bay, Mangrove Bay, or King's Point, where the anchor drops in secluded shallows. It's playtime! On this cruise, even first-timers know what's SUP – it's "stand-up paddle-boarding," and it's a blast.
Snorkel to an up-close look at beautiful fish and vibrant coral reefs. Launch a kayak. Drop overboard for a swim to the nearby beach or sand bar. Snap scandalous pics while toasting the good life. That's what Bermuda is all about: going rogue.
Swizzle me timbers
First referenced in a 1760 dictionary, and often dubbed Bermuda's national drink, the potent Rum Swizzle remains its face-down favorite cocktail. A three-pronged stick usually snipped from an allspice bush, traditionally forms the swizzle stick garnish. And your first one is free, courtesy of GoBe and the buccaneers of the Rising Son II.
Please proceed to the Dockyard Watersports Centre - next to the Dockyard ferry stop to meet our GoBe Rep.
Bermuda's environment is heavily protected; removing coral, shells, animals, plants etc. is strictly prohibited and subject to fines. Do not touch the coral - you will harm it, and it may harm you. Full cash bar available.
Participants should be in good physical health, able to walk short distance, able to swim in water too deep to stand, and able to get in/out of the water via a swim ladder with limited assistance.
