About this Chicago, Illinois tour
Make your dinner date more than a night on the town; make it the night, on the town's largest luxury dinner cruise vessel. You and your special someone will enjoy a spectacular reflected view of the Chicago skyline, the action-packed Navy Pier, an elegant four-course feast, live DJ, and if the rhythms move you, strutting your stuff on the dance floor.
Dress your festive best and the party starts before you even board, as you enter Navy Pier. There, you'll encounter all kinds of contagious excitement – mimes, comics, acrobats, musicians, and more.
Once aboard, you'll be greeted by the Captain, the crew, and a hostess, who will escort you to your table. There, you'll be faced with choosing from an extraordinary four-course menu, complemented by an exceptional wine list (Wines are at an additional cost, not included in tour price).
Make sure you explore the entire, freshly updated ship – including all three climate-controlled decks, the dance floor, the rooftop lounge, even the Captain's bridge. It promises to be an evening to remember.
Navy Pier opened in 1916 as Municipal Pier, and was renamed in 1927 to honor World War I Navy vets. It once held a prison for draft-dodgers, and was a training center for 15,000 WWII pilots, including President George H.W. Bush. Some of his classmates could have used more training – there are 200 WWII-era planes at the bottom of Lake Michigan.
Please make your way to Navy Pier, 600 E Grand Avenue Chicago (nearest intersection Grand & N. Streeter Dr.)
Please plan to board the vessel 60 minutes prior to cruise departure.
In the case of severe weather conditions or upon the direction of the U.S. Coast Guard, the ship will remain dockside for the length of the event.
