About This Sydney Tour
"Artisan." We hear that term a lot, and this tour is about tasting what it really means. You'll meet people crafting their products with passion. You'll sample foods made in small batches with the best ingredients. And you'll get a flavor of the traditions that define Sydney's vibrant culinary scene.
As you eat and drink like a local, we'll unlock the city's most fascinating foodie secrets. You'll get all the unfiltered facts about great coffee, from bean to cup, and get to know a working roaster – the king of the local bean scene – who is passionate about pouring the city's best java. Drink the last drop of your fragrant, freshly brewed masterpiece to fuel you on to our next stops.
Those stops cover all the flavors your taste buds dream about. That Australian beef celebrated for its tender, juicy deliciousness. Herbs and spices to inspire your kitchen adventures. The finest cheeses, olives, and deli meats. And sumptuous, to-die-for chocolates. The experts share their cooking tips as you sample these delights and, between stops, your GoBe guide serves up an entertaining view of local sights and bites.
More than a sensual feast, this is a flavor-filled adventure. You taste how the best food is crafted and why carefully sourced ingredients matter. That's what "artisan" is all about – and why your next dinner party could be the best ever.
"The Inner West is best"
That's what the locals say about their trendy 'hood. This area is one of the oldest and most culturally diverse in Sydney, and while you'll spy lots of historic buildings, you'll also feel a cool community vibe with everyone out and about in the parks and pleasant streetscapes. You sense an energy here as you explore the shops and streets – energy so tangible you could almost eat it. That's if you still had room after this foodie tour.
Please exit the port terminal building to meet your guide. Please look for the displayed GoBe logo sign. Staying at a hotel? Be sure to advise the GoBe Crew so we can meet you in the lobby.
