Do you have a low price guarantee?
While GoBe does not have a formal "low price guarantee", our travel experiences are customizable in so many ways that you control the price point. Generally speaking, our pricing offers great value for money and is typically equal to or lower than other travel providers for similar experiences.

Is GoBe associated with Royal Caribbean?
GoBe is a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. We sell single and multi-day travel experiences to all travelers whether on land or at sea. We are not a cruise line but we sell shore excursions and land tours. We operate independent of our parent company's cruise lines.

Do I need a passport?
Passport regulations may vary by destination and may change from time to time. For your protection, we recommend that your passport expiration date not occur within six (6) months of your travel date. It is the sole responsibility of travelers to obtain, and have available when necessary, the appropriate valid travel documents such as passports and visas that are necessary for travel and entry into various countries.

Do I need a visa?

Based on your nationality, many countries require an entry visa. Please pay close attention, as it is the travelers’ responsibility to identify and to obtain all the necessary visas whether you are traveling on land or by sea. We recommend checking out a government website for your home country or the visa service of your choice, such as CIBT for specific visa requirements, information, forms and fees that apply to your nationality (see contact information below):

I've heard there are special visa requirements for tours in Russia when I am traveling by ship; what are those?
In order to disembark your ship in Russia, GoBe travelers do not need individual Russian visas. You will have to present your GoBe Order Confirmation / Ticket to the Immigration Officer along with a valid passport for everyone in your party.
Are there any health restrictions for certain travel experiences?
Some tours involve strenuous activity. If a description indicates that the level of the tour is strenuous, travelers must consider their physical fitness level and medical history when determining whether the tour is appropriate. And if you're pregnant, believe you may be pregnant or are trying to become pregnant, always consult your personal physical before participating in any travel experience.
Are there any age restrictions?
Guests under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted to participate in a GoBe travel experience unless they are accompanied by their parent or guardian. There may be other age restrictions on certain tours for safety reasons. If so, those restrictions will be clearly advised before you purchase anything.
Are there any height or weight restrictions?
For safety reasons, some travel experiences have height or weight restrictions. If and when those exist, they will be clearly stated before you purchase anything.
What do you recommend for physically challenged customers?
GoBe will always do our best to cater for any special requirements you may have. If you or any member of your party has an issue that may affect your tour experience, please provide us with full details before confirmation of your booking so that we can let you know the suitability of your chosen arrangements.
Do you offer travel experiences on holidays?
GoBe offers travel experiences 365 days per year. It is possible that some venues may be closed on holidays.
What languages are spoken on travel experience?
English speaking guides lead GoBe’s travel experiences unless special arrangements have been made for alternate languages.
Can I request a multilingual guide?

You can always request guides who speak languages other than English and we will gladly provide subject to availability. There may be incremental fees but we would always let you know that first. Ask us at hello@GoBe.com.

Do you have brochures?
GoBe does not offer traditional paper brochures but all information on our travel experiences and destinations can be found on GoBe.com. We provide regional e-brochures for GoBe travel partners.
Do you offer transfers to and from the airport?
GoBe offers transfers from the airport to hotels or the cruise port in many cities. If you do not see a specific transfer online, just call or email the GoTo Crew and we will be happy to create it for you.
Do you offer packages or discounts for buying more than one travel experience?

From time to time, we will feature special packages and promotions. Be sure to sign up to receive our email updates so that you're first to hear about them. Click here to get started.

Can I reserve a guide for a walking travel experience?
Absolutely! Private guides can also be hired for walking tours, museum visits, shopping or to meet guests at a specific location for an additional cost.
Where can I meet my guide?

Specific instructions on where to meet your guide, whether private or part of a larger group, will be provided in your order confirmation which also serves as your "ticket". If you have any questions about those instructions before your trip, feel free to call the GoTo Crew or email us at hello@GoBe.com. There will also be a local number for the Tour Operator on your order confirmation should you have any problem finding your guide the day of your tour.

What sort of special requests can I ask for?

Our specialty is personalizing your experience and we offer a number of Awesome Extras that you can add to any tour. If you don't see something listed and have a special request, just let us know by email hello@GoBe.com and/or by calling our GoTo Crew. No request is too big or too small - we will be happy to investigate and let you know.

Do you offer Gift Cards?
Right now, we do not offer Gift Cards. They will be available soon so you can give someone the experience of a lifetime! Check back for new products or sign up for promotional emails to keep in the know! In the meantime, you can purchase any travel experience on someone's behalf as a gift!
What does cruise friendly mean?
Travel experiences (or in cruise lingo shore excursions) that are designated as "cruise friendly" are tagged with a ship icon. That means your meeting point is conveniently located where your ship docks in that particular city. In some cases, the port is relatively far from the city center so we want to make sure that you know which version of a travel experience to choose if you are traveling by ship.
What does family friendly mean?
GoBe loves families and our family friendly tours are great options for families of all types traveling with children. Age restrictions may apply and those will be clearly indicated within individual tours.
Am I required to provide passport information?
Certain travel experiences, like those that involve a flight, may require passport information for everyone in your party. You will only be asked for passport information online, or by our GoTo Crew, if we are required to provide it.
Which cruise lines do you feature in cruise search?
Although we do not work directly with any cruise line, you can search for your ship and sail date on any of the following cruise lines: Azamara Club Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruises, Costa Cruises, Cunard, Disney Cruise Line, Fred Olsen, Holland America Line, MSC, Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean International, Seabourn, Silversea, Star Cruises, Viking Cruises.
What if my cruise line or ship isn't listed in cruise search?

If you don't see your cruise line or cruise ship listed in the drop down list of cruise search on our home page, don't worry! Let us know what ship you're sailing on and we will help you find the right travel experiences in each destination. You can also purchase travel experiences for any port on your itinerary without indicating that you are on a cruise but it is always a good idea to let us know if you are. Email us at hello@GoBe.com or call our GoTo Crew who are standing by ready to assist.

How can I personalize or customize my travel experience?

GoBe offers many ways to personalize your experience. Travelers can add what we call "Awesome Extras" such as upgraded lunches, beverages, event tickets, transfers, and more to help complete your experience. Most of our travel experiences have Awesome Extras that can be added on and if you don't see something that you would like to have, let us know and we will research possibilities. You can also create private versions of any travel experience if you prefer to travel with your closest friends or family. If you don’t see what you like, email us at hello@GoBe.com or call our GoTo Crew who are standing by ready to assist.

Can I purchase any travel experience whether I am staying in a hotel or sailing on a ship?
If you are traveling by ship, make sure that the travel experience is designated as "cruise friendly" (just look out for the cool ship icon). This will ensure that you have selected a tour that is planned to depart from an area close to where the ship docks. Travelers staying in hotels located within a city center can also take any tour designated as "cruise friendly" but make sure that the departure point is near the city center so you can get there on time!.
What if my itinerary changes after I have purchased travel experiences?
If your cruise line changes your itinerary after you purchase your cruise, they will notify you of the change. Be sure to let us know if that happens so that we can make adjustments if needed. Otherwise, you may have purchased travel experiences in ports that you will no longer travel to and/or for the wrong date. And if you wait too long to tell us, cancellation penalties might apply.
How can I buy your travel experiences?
You can buy travel experiences from GoBe.com online, or by calling our GoTo Crew who will be happy to assist you.
Can I book over the phone?
Yes you certainly can! Our GoTo Crew is ready to assist from 9 AM to 8 PM Eastern Standard Time daily.
What is the latest time that I can buy a travel experience?
To buy a travel experience from us online, you'll need to book at least three (3) days before departure not counting departure day. So for example, if the tour is scheduled for Friday, you'll need to purchase it online by Tuesday. After Tuesday, call us to see if we can arrange it and we will try to work some magic.
How far in advance can I book?
Most travelers book single day travel experiences between three (3) and (6) months in advance but some tours are extremely popular with limited capacity, so it's always best to lock in your experiences as soon as you can. We don't usually recommend booking more than one year in advance to make sure everything is still current and up to date!
Can I buy a travel experience when I get there?
You may be able to, but we always recommend that you arrange your travel experiences before you go if possible. Within three (3) days, we can't guarantee availability but we will gladly try if you call us within that window.
Can I buy a travel experience with an open-ended date?
For now, our travel experiences have defined dates and times. But that's a good idea. We'll work on that.
Can I buy more than one travel experience in one destination?
Yes, you can but just be careful that you have enough time in your day to do more than one tour in one day. If you’re traveling by ship, remember you must be back onboard by the time given to you by your cruise line.
Can I buy travel experiences in multiple destinations at once?
Yes, we're one of the only companies that allow you to purchase as many travel experiences as you want in one transaction. Just add them to your cart and you can purchase for all of the days in your trip at once! Create your own account now and start filling that cart - there’s a whole lot of world out there to see!
How can I arrange a customized or private travel experience?
You can book Private Tour or Custom Tour online. If you don't see something you like from the options we've provided for you online, just call us and we will be happy to help you build your own.
I am having trouble making a booking online; what should I do?
We hope this doesn't happen but if it does, call our GoTo Crew. They are standing by to assist every day from 9 AM to 8 PM Eastern Standard Time. If you're calling outside of those hours, we have a team ready to take your message and we'll have you booked first thing the next morning!
What currencies are travel experience prices shown in?
For now, our travel experiences are presented in US Dollars.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover for now.
Does GoBe charge a fee for credit card payments?
No. GoBe does not pass along any credit card fees to our customers or travel partners.
Is my credit card information safe?
Your security while shopping online with GoBe is very important to us and we’ve taken all reasonable measures to make sure your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times. All pages that require you to enter your personal information or payment details on our site are secure using RapidSSL encryption and we will not store your credit card information for future use.
Are there discounts for booking more than one travel experience?
From time to time, we will offer special promotions that give you some benefit for booking multiple travel experiences.
Do you have special pricing for children?
Some Tour Operators offer both children and adult pricing. Any of our travel experiences that feature children's pricing will clearly state the pricing for both as well as the applicable ages.
Do you have special pricing for observers?
Some Tour Operators offer something called observer pricing that allows people in your party to go along without fully participating. When observer pricing is an option for a particular tour it will be clearly stated.
Do you have special pricing for military, seniors, etc.?
We've tried really hard to make sure that our pricing offers great value every day so for right now, we do not have discounts that are available to any particular group that exist all the time. We may, however, present special offers to particular groups from time to time. Make sure you are signed up to receive our emails to learn about those first!
Do you accept payment in currencies other than USD?
Pricing is presented in US Dollars but payment can be made in any currency. If you are paying in a currency other than US Dollars, the charge will be converted from local currency to US Dollars on your credit card statement by your credit card company. Please consult with your credit card company for any questions about how that works. GoBe does not charge any type of fee for payments made in other currencies.
When do I pay?
Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Groups of 100 travelers or more may be offered staggered payment terms depending on the specifics of your itinerary. Details of any alternative payment arrangement will be presented for groups in a formal group proposal.
The amount charged to my credit card is different than the amount of my order confirmation; what do I do?

We hope this doesn't happen but if there's any question about what has been charged by GoBe, please call our GoTo Crew or email us the details at hello@GoBe.com. We will be happy to look into your order details and will gladly adjust if there's been any error on our part.

I don’t see my cruise line or ship listed in cruise search. Can I buy travel experiences anyway?
Sure. We provide itinerary information for specific cruise lines and ships but if you don't find your particular cruise line or ship, feel free to let us know the details of your itinerary and we will be happy to assist. Or you can purchase tours for your itinerary on your own by searching for the individual destinations.
Do I have to provide a name and contact information for everyone in my party?
In general, we require only one person's name to purchase. However, some tours require names for everyone in your party. If names are required for everyone, you will be asked to enter them online and/or when calling in to the GoTo Crew.
Can I change names or other personal information on my booking?
You can change names and/or any other information on your booking without penalty.
Can I change my booking in any way including dates?
You can change the date of your travel experience at any time as long as you are outside of our cancellation window. Inside of the cancellation window, we will make every effort to accommodate your request to change the date without a fee. If there is an unavoidable cost associated with making the change, we would have to charge you for the adjustments. If you are cancelling completely, please note that our cancellation policies will apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
We hope you don't cancel but if you must, you can cancel at least seven (7) calendar days in advance of your travel experience without incurring a cancellation fee. So, if your travel experience is scheduled for Saturday at 8:00 am, you have until 8:00 am the Saturday before to cancel without penalty. If you cancel between three (3) and six (6) calendar days in advance of your travel experience, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel within two (2) calendar days, we'll have to pass along a 100% cancellation fee. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance independently to protect your purchase in case anything unexpected comes up. Certain things like special event tickets may not be refundable - we will always let you know before you purchase.
What special offers do you have for groups?

Depending on the size of your group, we may be able to offer alternative payment terms and/or a program escort. We've tried really hard to make sure that our pricing offers great value but we may be able to negotiate special pricing for larger groups. And we will gladly assist you with creating a custom program if you need our help! ... email us at gogroups@GoBe.com!

What size is considered a group?

You can purchase up to 20 tickets online unless your tour has a smaller maximum (for example, helicopter tours). If you are traveling with a party or group of 20 or more, check out the group form available on GoBe.com, email us the details at GoGroups@GoBe.com or feel free to call our GoTo Crew. For large groups of 100 or more, we have a dedicated Group Sales Manager who can assist you too. Just let us know how we can help!

What if my cruise itinerary changes after I have purchased travel experiences?
If your cruise itinerary changes after you've booked it and you've already purchased travel experiences from GoBe, please contact us to let us know so that we can make alternative arrangements. Otherwise, you may have purchased tours for a port that is no longer on your itinerary and/or on the wrong date. We are happy to help you shift things around but need your help with letting us know.
When do I receive confirmation of my order and tickets?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order immediately after submitting it, assuming there are no unexpected technical difficulties. If you don’t receive your order confirmation within a few hours of submitting, be sure to check your junk mail folder and if it’s not there, give us a shout. This confirmation also serves as your ticket so hang on to it!
How can I get another order confirmation?

If you lose your order confirmation, you can print a new one if you have set up a GoBe profile. You can also send a request to our GoTo Crew at hello@GoBe.com and they will be happy to forward a copy.

I have not received an order confirmation; what should I do?

If you haven't received your order confirmation within a few hours of submitting your order, feel free to let us know by emailing hello@GoBe.com, unless your tour is inside of 3 days in which case it’s best to call.

How do I know where to meet my travel experience or guide?
Your order confirmation will provide specific details on where to meet your driver and/or guide. If you have any questions before you leave home, feel free to contact the GoTo Crew. We will also provide a local number for the Tour Operator in case you need help on the day of your tour.
Is there parking near the meeting points?
We have so many travel experiences around the world … that's a tough one! If you need to park a car to participate in one of our travel experiences, we suggest you check with the local Tour Operator whose number will be provided on your order confirmation.
What days do travel experiences operate?
GoBe travel experiences operate 365 days per year and many individual tours are available every day. The specific days and dates that individual travel experiences operate on will be clearly stated on our website or the GoTo Crew can let you know.
Are there multiple departure times for travel experiences?
Some tours offer multiple departure times in one day so be sure to choose the time you want. If you are traveling on a cruise ship, make sure you select an option that gives you enough time to get back to your ship by the time they've advised you must return. When in doubt, check with us!
Do you pick up from private residences?
Generally, our meeting points are in central, convenient locations. If you are purchasing a Private Tour or building a Custom Tour and would like to be picked up from a private residence or other specific location, just let us know.
Which hotels do you pick up from?
If a particular travel experience is designed to pick up at specific hotels, hotel names will be indicated in the tour description. If you are purchasing a Private Tour or building a Custom Tour and would like to be picked up from a specific hotel, just let us know which one.
Can I get dropped off at the end of my travel experience at my hotel or somewhere in the city?
If you have purchased one of our pre-defined tours, there will be a specific meeting point for pick up and drop off. We can arrange to drop you off at any location if you have purchased something private.
Is there a contact number in the destination I should call?
We will provide you with a local number for the Tour Operator that can be used on the day of your tour in the destination. If you have an emergency and are unable to reach the Tour Operator, call us in Grand Cayman at +1-345-949-4623 from anywhere around the world. We will always have someone who can assist in an emergency.
Do I need photo identification to join my travel experience?
Generally speaking, you do not need a photo ID to join your travel experience but we always recommend that you travel with one. You will be asked to present your order confirmation on behalf of your party. Some tours and destinations may require passports or other identification from everyone in the group but if so your order confirmation will indicate that.
What do I present to the Tour Operator or guide in the destination?
You'll need to present your printed or electronic order confirmation on behalf of your party to the local Tour Operator. If and when identification and/or any other document is required, you will be advised in advance in your order confirmation.
Do children need identification?
Unless specifically advised on your order confirmation that identification is required, it is not. This applies to adults and children. Please note that children below the age of eighteen (18) cannot participate in any GoBe travel experience without a parent or guardian.
What should I do if I am delayed for my travel experience?
Travel experiences that are not private will depart promptly so be sure to allow enough time to arrive at your meeting point at the time indicated on your order confirmation. If you have booked a Private Tour or a Custom Tour and are running late, we recommend calling the Tour Operator using the local number provided on your order confirmation. Your experience is based on a specific amount of time so please understand that any delay in getting started may impact your itinerary.
What will happen if the travel experience is not running due to unforeseen circumstances?
If something unexpected happens and your tour cannot operate, we will try to let you know in advance by text or email. We will also always have someone on hand to tell you personally at the designated meeting point and time.
What happens if I do not show up for my travel experience?
If you do not show up at the designated meeting point at the designated time, you will be considered a "no show". Sorry but refunds will not be offered for no shows. If you are having trouble finding us or are running late it is better to call so that we do not assume that you are not showing up.
Do you provide general directions or maps?
You will find general destination information and general maps on GoBe.com. Some Tour Operators may provide you with printed materials or maps at their discretion. It is advised to be sure that you know how to get to your meeting point well in advance of your departure date.
Is there a risk that I'll miss my ship while on travel experience?
Our Tour Operators are very aware of ship departure times. As long as you have selected a tour that is scheduled to return before you are required to be back onboard, there is very little risk that this will ever happen. If something extraordinary does happen that is caused by GoBe or our Tour Operator and you do not make it back in time to board, we will make arrangements and take care of the cost to get you to the next destination where you can rejoin your ship. Please note that we can't be responsible for anyone who decides to leave a scheduled tour itinerary before it is complete.
What do travel experiences include?
Your tour description will let you know if anything, like food or beverage, is included in addition to transportation, a guide and driver and the experience itself. If your travel experience includes visits to museums or shows that have an entrance fee, those fees will be included in the price of your tour. If something is not specifically stated in the tour description, please don't assume it will be included. Questions? - Call our GoTo Crew and we'll be happy to help.
How much should I tip the guide and/or driver?
Gratuities for your guide and/or driver are not included in the price of your GoBe travel experience but may be offered at your personal discretion. We seek out the most amazing people to take care of you in our destinations so if you are pleased with their service, we encourage you to let them know by offering a tip. The truth is, tipping rules vary by country, by region and by scenario so you decide what you think is appropriate.
What should I wear?
When deciding what to wear, look for the dress code icon in the tour description for general guidance. It is always a good idea to check the weather in the area you are visiting when you are in the destination to make sure that you will be comfortable on a particular day. Do note that weather at the tour location may vary from your departure location. Also, note that appropriate attire is recommended for any tour that enters a church, basilica, mosque, temple or place of worship.
What should I bring?
Your order confirmation will include recommended items to bring to make your experience most comfortable … things like sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera, spending money in local currency, etc. And of course, don't forget your order confirmation!
Will I get my money back if my ship is late arriving into port?
If you are traveling by ship and your ship is late arriving into port, we will make every effort to offer the full tour at the adjusted time. If an abbreviated version of the tour is offered and you do not wish to participate in the abbreviated version, we will provide a refund for that tour. Please plan on meeting your guide at the designated meeting point using the same timeframe from the original order confirmation. So if your ship was scheduled to arrive at 8:00 am and your original meeting time was 8:30 am and our NEW arrival time is 11:00 am, meet your guide at the designated meeting point at 11:30 am.
Will I get my money back if the travel experience is cancelled?
If your travel experience is cancelled by GoBe or our Tour Operator, we will refund you in full for the cancelled tour.
How do I find my guide?
You will be provided with specific instructions about where to meet your guide in your order confirmation. Your guide will have a sign with the iconic GoBe balloon.
Are there restrooms along the way?
While not all modes of transportation are equipped with restrooms, there will be numerous opportunities to visit restrooms throughout your experience. A GoBe tip: if you're traveling to a destination that speaks a language other than English, "where is the bathroom?" is a great phrase to learn in advance!
Can I add people to my travel experience if I have purchased by vehicle and there's room?
If you've purchased a travel experience priced by vehicle, boat or aircraft instead of per person, you may bring up to the maximum number of people permitted from a safety perspective. If there are individual expenses associated with the travel experience in addition to the transportation cost, you will be responsible for all individual charges for the total number of travelers.
Will I make my travel experience if I do not have priority disembarkation from my ship?
Most cruise lines allow customers who have purchased tours from their company to debark the ship as a priority. But rest assured, all of tour timing has been designed with this in mind.
I can't find the Tour Operator and/or my guide; what should I do?
First, make sure you have your order confirmation to confirm that you are indeed in the right location. Then, look for a guide carrying a sign with a GoBe balloon. If you are still unable to find your guide, your order confirmation will include a local number for the Tour Operator that you can call. If that doesn't work, call our GoTo Crew at +1 345-815-4623.
What happens if my ship changes ports of call unexpectedly?
If you are traveling by ship and something unexpected happens that causes a change in your itinerary, we will do our best to honor your purchase if the change involves a simple swap of ports and days. If your ship will not be able to call on the port at all, we will refund you in full for that day's experiences. Just let us know what happened within 14 days of the tour departure date.
I loved my GoBe Travel Experience; how can I provide feedback?
