1). Please include your name and computer specs in the e-mail. Specs should include processor, memory, OS and GoBeProductive version. Any requests for support sent without a valid serial number will not receive a response.
2). Please ensure that the return address is valid. We know, this sounds silly. But it really has been a problem. Really. :)
3). Please read the User's Manual to see if the issue you have is addressed there. Due to the volume of e-mail our staff receives, we will not respond to e-mails with questions that are addressed in the manual. We're sorry, but we do not have the head count to mirror the User's Manual support via e-mail.
4). Unfortunately, we are only able to offer e-mail support in English. Our apologies to our non-English speaking users. However, we are very adept at reading Babelfish English. If you don't speak English, use Babelfish to translate your question from your native language to English.
