Arranging, Grouping, & Locking Items

Arrangement refers to the stacking of items in three dimensions. Because graphics are such a fundamental aspect of the gobeProductive suite, frames as well as graphic shapes can be stacked and grouped. You can group and stack multiple shapes to form one graphic item. Frames can be grouped with other frames and with graphic items.

Locking items ensures that they cannot be moved, selected, or activated. You can use locking in combination with stacking and grouping to ensure that portions of your document (such as a company logo and header on letterhead) cannot be edited.
