Graphics Tools
The Graphics portion of the Standard Toolbar consists of the following tools, from left to right:

Alignment Tool |
When multiple items are selected, this tool displays a menu of various options to align the items horizontally or vertically. See “Aligning Items” for more information.

Group and Ungroup Tools |
Allow you to combine two or more items into a single item, or break a group apart into single items. See "Grouping and Ungrouping Items" for more information.

Layering Tools |
Allow you to layer the selected items on top of one another. See "Arranging Items" for more information.

Text Rotation Tools |
Rotate the selected item 90 degrees left or right each time they are clicked.

Grid Tool |
Toggles Grid Mode on and off. | |

Text Wrap Tool |
Enables you to define how text wraps around your graphics, including wrap styles and margins. See "Wrapping Text around Frames or Objects" for more information.

Beneath the Format Toolbar, another set of tools affect the positioning and orientation of the selected object. For each, clicking on the number next to the icon activates the field. The unit of measurement is specified by the user’s Preferences setting.

Object Position Fields |
These four fields specify the left, top, right, and bottom position of the object relative to the page margins. | |

Object Height Field |
Specifies the height of the object. | |
|
Object Width Field |
Specifies the width of the object. | |
|
Object Angle Field |
Specifies the object’s degree of rotation from the normal plane. |
