Cutting and Pasting

 

1. Select the text, graphic, or range of cells you want to copy.

2. Press <Ctrl>+<X>.  Or, select Cut from the Edit menu. The selected item is copied to the clipboard.

3. Position the cursor where you want to insert the copied or cut material.

4. Press <Ctrl>+<V>. Or, select Paste from the Edit menu. The material on the clipboard is inserted at the specified location.
