The Standard Toolbar

The Standard toolbar contains several sets of tools specific to all environments (for example, file opening, closing, saving, and printing tools) and those specific to the currently active environment. For example, the Spreadsheet Standard Toolbar contains tools with which you can edit cells, create borders, format numbers, and so on.

 

Common tools are:

 

 

New Document

Displays the New Document dialog from which you can create a new document using any of the supported gobeProductive environments.

 

Open Document

Displays the Open Document dialog from which you can browse for and select a document to load.

 

 

Save Document

Displays the Save As dialog (if the file has not been previously saved) or saves the file (if the file has been previously saved).

 

Print Document

Displays the Print dialog from which you can choose print options for this file.

 

Cut

Cuts the selected text or item to the clipboard (removes the item from your document).

 

 

Copy

Copies the selected text or item to the clipboard (does not remove the item from your document).

 

Paste

Pastes the item or text currently on the clipboard into your document at the current insertion point.

 

Undo

Enables you to undo the last action.

 

Spell

Displays the Spell Bar, from which you can spell check your document.

 

 

Find

Displays the Find dialog, from which you can search for text and, if desired, replace it.

 

 

Attachments

Displays the Attachments panel, on which you can define hyperlinks, hypertargets, or named selections for internal use in your documents (such as named ranges of spreadsheet cells).

 

Zoom Panel

Displays the Zoom panel, from which you can fine-tune your zoom level.

 

 

Zoom

Allows you to enter a zoom percentage directly without displaying the Zoom panel.

 

Drawing Toolbar

Enables you to quickly hide or display the Drawing Toolbar.
