Application Preferences
Select Preferences from the Tools menu. The Preferences dialog box is displayed.
Do one of the following:
To restore the original settings shipped with gobeProductive, click FactorySettings.
To revert the settings on a given panel to the previous settings, click Revert Panel. For example, if you are editing the Spell Checking Preferences, clicking Revert Panel changes the preferences back to whatever they were when last saved.
To set a preference, click the small triangle beside the preference category and select the preference you want to edit.

Undo Levels Per Document |
The number of actions you can undo back to at any given point. For example, if this is set to 10, you can undo 10 actions at any time. The default is 20.
You can save this preference on a document-specific basis, by checking the Save With Document box.

Rulers Default Measure Units |
The default unit of measurement for alignment. Choices are:

Ruler Divisions |
The number of scale ticks between major ruler gradations.

Default Font |
The default text font for all documents. Choose from a list of supported fonts.

|
Alphabetize "Open Recent" Items |
Places the file list in the Open Recent menu in alphabetical order. |

Tool Tips |
Tool Tips are short descriptions that appear when you place the cursor over buttons and indicators. Checking this option enables Tool Tips. |
