About this Charlotte Amalie tour
One of the friendliest animals on land or sea is eager to make new pals.
He's into all types: athletic friends to play soccer with, those with a sense of rhythm who will dance with him, and sometimes people who just want to relax and pet him lovingly.
You'll learn a lot about these friendly creatures in a very hands-on way during this program. Whenever you wish, our team can snap a souvenir picture of you with your new sea lion buddy. And to show you how much he cares, he'll give you a warm, sloppy sea lion kiss, ticklish whiskers and all.
When you want to see some of the aquatic life in a more natural habitat, check out the natural coral reef aquarium here; it's open to the elements and free for all creatures in this area to come and go as they please. It's a great way to observe some of the Caribbean's most interesting and exotic animals in a completely natural environment, and there's plenty more to do. Feed a stingray or graceful tropical bird, or run your hands along the back of a shark. Don't worry, it's safe. But there won't be any kissing going on.
Sea lions seem pretty easygoing, but they're very intelligent and highly motivated. They can be found performing complicated tricks and dance routines at aquariums all over the world, and also perform more serious duties: Some have been trained to detain scuba divers by the U.S. Navy's Marine Mammal Program.
Please make your way to the entrance of Coral World, located adjacent to Coki Beach on Coki Point at your convenience. Tour does not include transportation to/from the park.
