Once you have seen the splendors of Paris from the water, climb on board a luxury air-conditioned coach bus for more sightseeing in the interior of the city. You will learn about the places you pass by with an audio commentary as you explore from the top of our panoramic coach. Watch as the city twinkles to life in the dark.
Finally, it is time to eat! You'll be taken to one of the best restaurants in one of the best food cities on earth. Boeuf bourguignon is a classic French dish. Delectable beef stew, loaded with flavor, boeuf bourguignon is also rich with history. Originally a peasant dish from the region of Burgundy, this stew rose through the culinary ranks to come out on top as one of France’s tastiest exports. Many associate boeuf bourguignon with Julia Child, who brought French cooking to the masses, but one of the most often used recipes dates back further to chef Auguste Escoffier (1846-1935), who in turn gained much of his knowledge by studying Marie-Antoine Carême (1784-1833).
