Your food tour will be conducted by an informative English-speaking guide. You and your guide will travel to two of Rome’s most popular and historic areas, Regola and Trastevere. Discover iconic landmarks, attractions, and some of the best cafes, bars, and eating establishments here. There will be plenty of things to do and see during your walking tour!
There will be five food-tasting stops throughout the tour. Awaken your appetite with a sample of trapizzino, a delicious hybrid of pizza, calzone, and tramezzino, an Italian sandwich. Trapizzinos are becoming increasingly popular as a convenient street food around Rome. You will next try porchetta, a fatty, moist boneless pork roast that is an Italian staple.
