About This Denali Tour
Bundle up and bring your camera for one of the best things to do in Denali. On this tour, experience Alaska’s natural beauty following you everywhere you go. With the help of your certified professional wilderness guide, travel through Denali National Park, home of the highest mountain peak in North America, on your choice of all-terrain vehicle (ATV). There are several models of ATVs available on this tour depending on the size of your group ranging from a Yamaha Kodiak single rider to a Viking Crew Side by Side 6-rider.
At speeds of up to 30 miles per hour, your thirst for adventure will be quenched while roaming about 10 miles of off-road trails in this scenic national park. Whether driving over rocky creek beds, speeding through dirt roads, or splashing through the water, be prepared for a bumpy ride over many different types of Alaskan terrain.
This experience won’t be all speed and adventure. There will be several opportunities for 360-degree overlook stops on this tour. Here, the best pictures in your gallery will become some of the top views in Alaska of forests, mountains, wilderness, and wildlife including moose, lynx, and even bald eagles among others. Enjoy this scenic tour through the Last Frontier with the wind in your face with nothing but the open road and nature in front of you.
Round-trip transportation is included from select Denali area locations including: Denali Cabins, Denali Park Village, Grizzly Bear, Riley Creek Mercantile, Grande Denali, Denali Bluffs, Meet at ATV Office (Rainbow RV Park, Denali Raft), Denali Princess, McKinley Chalet, Crow's Nest (meet at Bake), Salmon Bake, Denali RV Park & Motel, Denali Park Hotel, Healy Launch, Self Drive, Lakeview Inn, McKinley RV Park, and USA Gas Station. You must confirm the name of your hotel at checkout, so we know where to pick you up at the designated time.
Upon request, car seats can be provided for young children.
A small point-and-shoot cameras will fit in the glove compartment of the Side by Side. It is recommended that larger cameras are worn and covered with a jacket/shirt.
You are traveling in open vehicles, exposed to the elements so you can get dirty, muddy and maybe even wet during your tour.
This is a high-adventure tour. You must be able to safely get in/out of and maneuver an ATV over trails, water and hills. It is only recommended to you if you are fit, accustomed to exertion, have no back or neck problems, & like a bumpy ride.

Tour Participation Requirements
This experience is rated strenuous. Travelers must consider their physical fitness level and medical history when determining whether this tour is appropriate. Travelers with pre-existing neck, back, knee and/or shoulder injuries, cardiac conditions, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, other heart or respiratory conditions or any other medical condition must take particular caution when selecting a tour categorized as "strenuous". If you have concerns, you must consult with your personal physician before engaging in any activity that may be too strenuous for you.
All drivers must have a valid driver's license. Minimum ages for ATV operation: Single ATV - 18 (16 with parent approval); Side by Side ATV - 21 (18 with parent approval). No license or under 16: Ride as a passenger in a Side by Side ATV.
Special Medical Restriction
Not recommended for travelers with back or neck problems and pregnant women.
All travelers are required to sign a waiver before participating. If a participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must be present to sign the Participant Agreement form or do so prior to the trip.
