About this Key West, Florida tour

Just got a new hairdo? Don't know how to swim? Happen to be the Wicked Witch of the West? (If so, please note: winged monkeys not allowed onboard).

Whatever reason you have for not wanting to get wet, we understand. And we don't think this desire should prevent you from seeing the all the splendor and excitement of life below the water at the Great Florida Reef.

Trade in the snorkel and fins for air conditioning and a snack bar on our state-of-the-art catamaran, designed to give you the best possible view of all that the reef has to offer. Over 40 species of coral and 300 varieties of colorful tropical fish dart through the waters below.

Don't forget about all there is to be seen above the water: The boat's upper level sun deck makes it easy to do just that. Catch some serious rays and check out the sparkling blue waters around you. Wave to the tiny people on land at the world-famous Mallory Square, home of some of the best sunset views in all of Florida.

Who says you have to be in the water to experience life under the sea?

       The Sun Also Sets

Mallory Square in Key West is one of the best places in the world to watch the sun set. There's a daily "Sunset Celebration" where street performers, magicians, artists, and food vendors pay tribute to it. But things weren't always so festive: In 1984, the city opened a pier on the square, causing outrage from sunset enthusiasts. To quell concern, officials passed a law stating that all ships had to vacate the port of Key West a few hours before sunset, but could come back after dark without any extra fees.
