      Vegas Balloon Rides

      Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
      From (USD) $275 Per Person
      • Hot air balloon inflation: Watch as 250,000 cubic feet of balloon is filled by 30 million BTU's of heat from propane burners, 1000 times stronger than your backyard grill.
      • Drift silently over Vegas: Up here there are miles of gorgeous sights, including picturesque views of the Strip and the majestic Red Rock Mountains, slowly illuminated by the waking sun.
      • Champagne toast and hors d'oeuvres: Conclude your hot air balloon ride in the traditional fashion: with a glass of the bubbly stuff. Cheers!
About this Las Vegas, Nevada tour

We know you think Vegas is all about the nights: The shows, the casinos, the bright lights. But we challenge you to give mornings a shot too. Especially when that morning is spent in a hot air balloon a couple thousand feet off the ground, taking in amazing views of the city and surrounding desert and mountains.

Once your balloon comes to life, step on board and get ready for a perspective on Vegas that can't be found in any museum, casino or show. Floating effortlessly with the breeze, you'll enjoy the type of savory views normally reserved for birds or passengers in low-flying airplanes.

With the calm of dawn slowly setting in to the east, washing away the debauchery of the night before, a hot air balloon ride is the perfect way to begin the day in Vegas. You'll range from tree height to low-flying-helicopter altitudes, giving you the full experience of flight in this massive balloon.

Altitudes will be the last thing on your mind, however, when you start to lose yourself in the sights and the feeling. Up here there are no showgirls, no glittering lights or ringing casino games. It's just you, some friends and family, and the sprawling majesty of the gorgeous Mojave Desert.

Drinking your celebratory glass of champagne afterwards, it'll seem like an hour went by in a flash. But for the rest of the day, and many afterwards, you'll have memories of one of the most unique experiences in Nevada that truly makes you appreciate your place in the world.

      Viva Las Vegas, indeed.

      Party dragon

The earliest hot air balloon flights, back in 18th-century France, were not accepted as the pleasant sights that they are considered today. In fact, upon seeing the bright colors and wisps of smoke from the burners, many rural farmers thought hot air balloons coming down to Earth were dragons. Hot air balloon pilots began placating these frightened farmers with champagne bottles, and it's been a tradition ever since.
